Then Christmas comes around and it's time to do friend gift exchanges, Dirty Santa games, and family gift exchanges -- and I have no idea what to get for anyone. As a holistic dietitian, I do love to go down the route of "wellness" when it comes to a gift theme. Even my not-as-health-conscious loved ones enjoy when it get them gifts that support their wellness journey. Of course, we always want to look for gifts that the receiver will enjoy.
Hopefully this list I have compiled will give you some ideas for gifts or things to treat yourself to this Christmas season!

MOUTH TAPE
I absolutely cannot live without my mouth tape. I wear it every single night!! Travel with it, get up in the middle of the night for it, and recommend it to all of my friends and family. While I do usually just use my trusty medical tape for this-- there are some more boujee options out there to level up your gift giving. CASTOR OIL
Castor oil is a healing oil that helps your body detoxify. It's safe to have orally or topically. Most people use castor oil topically with castor oil packs. Which are 100% organic cotton. I have a pack from Queen of Thrones, but you can use an old cotton flannel if that works better for you! But you will need some castor oil. Oil in dark glass bottles have the best shelf life. I use this oil with everything! It's a great carrier oil for essential oils. I oil pull with it as mouthwash, put it over my liver and abdomen often, and even put it in my hair as a mask! This has been on my wishlist for so long. EMF is truly pretty impossible to avoid if you are someone who has a job that involves... well, the need for wifi (bet you couldn't guess that this is me, huh?).
